In 2024, we evolved our core values to better reflect not only the journey of a GTT student—but also the leadership, culture, and community we’re building together. Inspired by one of our founding ideas, “Start with STEM, Soar with Business,” this updated framework introduces a layered model of growth: where every individual is invited to start from a grounded principle and evolve into an empowered, aspirational expression of that value.
These values are more than just aspirational; they’re operational. Whether you’re a student, team member, alumna, or partner, this framework offers a shared language and compass for how we show up, support one another, and build long-term impact. Together, we:
