In 2024, we evolved our core values to better reflect not only the journey of a GTT student—but also the leadership, culture, and community we’re building together. Inspired by one of our founding ideas, “Start with STEM, Soar with Business”, this updated framework introduces a layered model of growth: where every individual is invited to start from a grounded principle and evolve into an empowered, aspirational expression of that value.
