Priscilla Miranda was born and raised in San Diego County. Because of her time spent in foster care she strives to improve the lives of at risk children. She is also a Foster parent, advocate and mentor. She also served as a Chair for L.E.A.P., a non-profit board through Jim Casey Youth Oppor­tu­ni­ties Ini­tia­tive® through, The Annie E. Casey Foundation, San Diego chapter. Priscilla is a business consultant and has provides various business services for over 15 years. Currently, she is also furthering her education to obtain a bachelors in business administration and social welfare.
